Redstone Group develops, builds, and manages residential communities across Michigan and Indiana. Over nearly three decades we've delivered more than 3,000 homes — from cobblestone ranches in Kentwood to lakefront flats in Spring Lake to stand-alone resort homes at Treetops in Gaylord.

Today, six new and expanded communities are coming to market across Northern Michigan — from the Au Sable corridor in Roscommon to the shores of Lake Michigan in Manistee, the ridges of Gaylord, and Acme Township outside Traverse City.
